Jazz Piano

 

Feldman is a versatile jazz pianist, and he is currently working on a recording project with his new Electric Band.  The project is called "Northern Grooves", and features Eric St-Laurent on electric guitar, Bret Higgins on electric bass, Kevin Turcotte on trumpet, Andrew Austin on drum kit, and himself on Fender Rhodes.

 

Last fall Jonathan put on a solo piano concert at the Musideum.  This concert showcased his bebop, jazz standards, reworkings of popular songs, and originals.

 

He is available for hire as a solo pianist, or in a duo or trio format with a variety of guitar, bass, and drummers from the Toronto jazz community, including Eric St-Laurent (gtr), Don Scott (gtr), Bret Higgins (bass), Michael Herring (bass), Max Senitt (drums), and Colin Kingsmore (drums).
